Default What could cause one side of the car to sit lower than the other?

I was just looking at my car tonight after completing the Eibach/Bilstein and KMAC install and the rear drivers side seems to sit slightly lower than the passenger side rear. The passenger side rear seems to have about the same gap as the two front wheels, but the drivers rear sits slightly lower. I may try to post a pic tomorrow, it's just a little late tonight. Just wondering if there is a simple explanation. Could the KMAC's being out of adjustments cause that? I'm hoping it's not a bad shock... The car seemed to ride fine.

The ~70lb lead weight hanging off of the bumper behind the back wheel on the drivers side.

Default fwiw, I've had to adjust my KW's a lot >

the two sides do not sit at the same height, and one perch/spring combo is not set at same position as the other side in order to level up the rear; roughly 1/2" diff in height if both spring perches are set to the same relative dimension. Front is similar, but the diff is less than 1/4". I have not measured the springs to see if the difference is in the way they've settled over time.

Default Sagging springs? I just had that problem on my Grand Cherokee.

The passenger side was a good 1/2 inch lower than the drivers side. I replaced the whole spring set and the problem was solved. Also, you may have a crushed strut tower bearing that is causing one side to sit lower at the front of your car.

Default Most people advise that you leave it on.

If you remove it, the car will be even MORE unbalanced towards being front-heavy than it already is. If anything, you should leave the ballast there and move your battery to the trunk area.
