Defi Oil Temp gauge...

Another washer can't hurt. Think of it this way: just like a woman, the tighter the fit the better.

I would say no...

I haven't used one in 3 years.. and have had no problems.. if you compress the O ring too much you'll lose the seal.. IMO

hmmmmm...Maybe the plug is'nt tight enough with this recent oil change. Hate to torque it too much since the pan is so soft. Maybe teflon tape on the threads might help also. I don't know.
