Replacing stock catalytic converters with...

Miltek high flow ones. Is there anything I should pay special attention to when removing the stock ones?

the bolts may be a bit rusted....>>>

and you need a fresh gasket...other than that..enjoy!

I almost needed a torch for the bolts on the center clamp when I did my exhaust (no air tools in the parking lot :-().

Thanks guys! What about when removing O2 sensor?

Is it better to remove sensors themselves from the cats or undo the wire harness connectors?

those sensor are very sensitive>>

does not take much to damage them...personally, i have broken two by dropping them..(yeah..klutz here!)....

I would remove the connector on the harness, then install the sensor on the new cat if you are working in a tight space...if you are on a lift then either way works...

yes.....but with o2 sensors>>>

you need to use a non-oil based cleaner.....so a good CRC cleaner should work fine....
