Transmission Problems '03 TT Roadster

Went into Audi yesterday and reported that the car's transmission was acting up. Got the call last night it looks like they are putting a brand new transmission in my '03 TTR. Has anyone else had a problem with their transmission

yup, mine's still sitting in my garage. I suspect the 2nd gear fork broke

I was driving one day and all of the sudden felt my transmission starting to slip. I called Audi set up the appointment. When I got there the tech and I went on a drive to see if he could feel it. Of course the car ran fine then. So they kept it for the day and late yesterday afternoon they told me the news. There was no explaination as to why the transmission was doing this.
