Is there a way to find out all factory installed options of an audi with just its VIN?

Not directly...
options are not encoded in the VIN. A dealer _may_ have a way of getting the info out of Audi's database. If ETKA can do it (and I don't think it can), it would only be with a legitimate copy connected to Audi's network.

Here is an example of ETKA VIN lookup on my VIN
It does connect to Audi's database. This takes 3 seconds to pull up and 5 more to print to PDF. Last three pages take a minute longer as you have to pull those screens separately; so if you don't need those it is very quick.
