Big oil filter VS standard oil filter.... Accidentally purchased the big one.
Hey guys,
I recently ordered an oil filter from ecs, previously I bought them from the stealership at 11$ a pop. But this one that came in was huge, with a wierd metal piece on top..
I know there was a service bulletin to use these on 1.8t motors, I thought that was for the a4/Vw motors that produce sludge.
In any case, Has anyone used this filter on their TT's, I know fitment with the standard ones is a pain, god only knows about this one. Would the oil capacity go up from 4.5 liters to what?
