Finally, at 46 I am legally a business owner!
Happy day today. Now I can either coninue working at my current job just for supplemental income or quit all together, I now have that comfort and assurance. And just to throw in some TT related stuff, I love my car!

LOL!
It's actually property we have built for industrial warehousing. We own the property and buildings and collect the rent. It's a real solid area zoned pretty much for commercial trucking. It's been solid for over forty years. We have a few other properties in town as well.
