To cool...
A picture from an autocross today with adminisTerTurbo's car in the foreground. As he said, it looks like we both have mechanical trouble.

so glad you all could make it. hope you're not as sunburned as me. i was thinking. you should put a stock dv in and find some 17's that fit over the stoptechs and run in cs/p with me.[edit: woops, bbk bumps your class, nevermind] off to autox dream land for now. nothing like a 3rd gear course wOOt!
btw, tim said that the 930 turbo would supposedly do 130 mpg in 3rd gear.

I noticed at Bob Evans afterward how red I got...
That course was a ton of fun. And yeah, another class may be a good idea. I felt kind of silly sitting in the grid next to all those frickin' race cars. With all their loping cams and whatnot, I had to check the instruments a couple of times to make sure my car was on. Of course, coming in 60th out of 91, it doesn't matter much who's in the grid with me, but I'm sure the other groups were quieter and smelled better.
Edit: 130 in 3rd? No wonder he didn't have to shift!
