Also there are a couple of torx screws that need to come off as well as some self-tapping screws (also torx).
Besides that, you need a T45, an 8mm 12 point, and a T25 or T30 for the little spoiler screws, and a stubby flat head for the 2 plastic screws on the sides.
PITA to remove that tray, but practice makes perfect :-)
Everything has been holding up very well and the more time I spend looking at the components the more I appreciate the quality and engineering HPA's kit has. Even small things like how the length and bends on the oil return line and others are designed so they fit perfectly in the engine bay. Although I haven't had any track experience yet, the car has not had any problem for the past four Autocross events.
So all in all, I am very happy with the HPA turbo kit.
