so it seems that my steering rack is bust...anyone have that happen to them? sparTTan?

not really sure Em...but my steering in the last 2 days felt odd...turning to the right
made a little noise...turning to the left felt a little heavy. then, the next day, the steering didn't work at all. checked the fluid...was completely dry. i filled it and it just poured out...resulting back to the heavy steering. i took it in at that point...didn't know what i was dealing with.

btw, where is our power steering fluid reservoir? somewhere near the washer reservoir is what it says in the manual-- but i didn't see it.
