Default Please reduce size of pics when posting

Too many posting giant sized pics lately, please reduce size first. Those of us using PCs and modems find a) it takes forever to open over-sized pics and b) they are too wide for screen so you have to use slider back and forth to see entire pic and can't see it all at once. Please. Thanks.

Default I started with a 300 baud my Dad got from work and a copy of the Computer Shopper

with the long list of BBS's in the back. I think it was Computer Shopper.... I also remember waiting until a 4MB stick of memory came down to $100 after rebate and spending $400 to upgrade my computer to 16MB. Woohoo!! lol

Default Re: I was hooked when my Dad brought home a "portable" terminal from work

I have no idea what make/model it was but it had the coupler in the back where you put the telephone handset into. Didn't have a monitor, everything was printed out on paper. He would work for hours but every once in a while he'd let me play Tic Tac toe on it. It had to print out the board each time you made a move. I remember going through lots of paper that way.
That combined with the movie War Games had a lot to do with where I am today.

So sad. LOL
