Default Center Console Access Panel Removal

Looking for info as to how to remove the (rear) access panel on the center console. The piece closest to the engine, that you'd remove if you wanted to run a cable from the radio into the center console storage area (I'm putting an iPod in there). I see there are two plastic tabs on each side. Do I just pop these off and there are (presumably) screws behind them that just need to be removed? Thanks.
