bad day! a little long...

So on a leisure cruise around town monday morning I got ran off the road by a truck exiting the highway. the only visible damage is a few small scratches to the rear bumper (from pushing her back on the road) and scrapes to the underside of the front bumper. I knew my alignment was jacked but when i got the car up on a lift it turns out my front axle is probably bent and I'm so far out of spec that I'm going need caster plates and rear kmacs. The truck that caused the all this fun never even slowed down. I guess he never saw me. So my question is what all should i try t get insurance to replace in the repairs that might not be obvious and easily over looked? The upside I see to this is maybe fresh paint on the front and rear bumpers and now I'm ready to lower the girl.
Oh and on a side note would the forge rear control arms be a better replacement than the kmacs?

I was in the inner lane of two left turn lanes when the SUV to the right decided to enter into my lane. I had no place to go. I braked, and moved slightly to my left. I hit the center divider curb with both left side tires-the curb was not visible during the turn. The driver of the SUV was talking on her cell phone which is illegal in the city of Chicago.

Replace bent parts...>

Don't cover up the problem with Kmacs and Camber plates. Might be expensive...you might want to tap insurance on this..

But did the driver stop to take responsibility for the mistake?

i'm defenetly replacing anything bent.

i was more interested in any bushings or other miscellanies parts that would get overlooked by the insurance company in the sake of saving a few dollars.
