Screwy alignment specs

Currently with HR springs and Koni shocks:

Front Caster (Specified Range = 7.5 to 8.5)
(L) 7.3 degrees
(R) 7.7 degrees

Front Camber (Specified Range = -1.3 to -0.3)
(L) -1.3 degrees
(R) -0.6 degrees

Front Toe (Specified Range = 0.00" to 0.06")
(L).05"
(R).05"

Whats up with the caster specs? Shocks and springs are new and not bent. Seems pretty messed up. This is done at a Firestone center. I will try to bring it to a shop that would actually know how to align our cars and hopefully they can bring it back to spec. Would a misaligned subframe cause caster to change?

Your Subframe is out of alignment...>

Caster is not adjustable on these cars unless you move the subframe. The wonky front camber confirms it is too far toward the passenger side as well. haven't we covered this before Like when you bought it with bent parts??

that was about a year ago

The car when I bought it had been in an accident and about a year ago i posted a pic of severe neg camber on front left wheel. someone suggested bent shocks so I got the new konis and hr springs. The specs looked better but was still off after the new shocks. I didnt know until recently about the subframe alignment..

I know Firestone is not the best place to take for our cars (it was free, thats why I took it there), but don't they know about subframe adjustment?

I have been referred to a shop that does Audi/VW mostly. I hope that they would know about the subframe and adjust properly.

You're still dealing with the residuals of the accident then...

Usually any front suspension hit shifts the subframe..

I got these numbers today and...

we couldnt get the camber in enough in the front.
This is all doen in degrees
Front

L R

Camber -1.4 -1.2

Caster 7.3 7.5

Toe .03 .04

Do we have to losen the subframe? I just got the 42 DP in. That might have something to do with it?

Side to side isn't that far off..

I can fit a couple fingers int he wheel well. Its not as low as it can go, we only..

dropped it 2.5' from stock. Is that still considered slammed? So what do you recommened I do? Raise teh car a little bite or adjust is with the subframe?
