Tcarbon FMIC install??

Tcarbon FMIC install??
Hey guys. Got my FMIC today and looks great. Has everything to install but some instructions....
I took the old one off and the hose between the two SMIC's had a line of some sort hooked up and now its just chilling on the floor so i'm not exactly sure what to do with that. Not sure where the black pieces that go on top / bottom of the FMIC go either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Attn: MarTT, what are these?
