I've been getting 420+ miles per tank from "summer" gas....anyone else?

I drive a decent mix of highway and city and standardly get 405ish.
It would be better but my fuel was tweaked so that it's a little richer. Makes starting with the AC on full blast a bit easier for the engine. Gotta love Charleston! It's HOT!!

I've been getting over 400 easily for the past few months as well.....
miles to empty parks me at 500 though so I know something is off sensor wise..... but actual miles driven is over 400 each tank....
