TTDA Install??

TTDA Install??
Hey guys. Got my FMIC installed as well as taking out the aliens and now its time to finish it all up with the TTDA. I have two long hoses (black with gold rings around them) that came with the kit, the TTDA, and I made 2 custom holes to mount in the lower grill. Problem is my 2 hoses that came with the kit don't fit around the TTDA where the 2 holes are. It came with 2 plastic pieces attatched on one side that don't look to fit any where. Any suggestions? Thanks

Did you buy this from someone else? Current TTDA models, the hose slips into the flanges on the end (easy set-up, no clamps needed). I'm not folowing the "Plastic pieces". Are they from a Collector that went at the bottom? Yes I see how to intall it and everything. I have the Aeroduct hose and Figs Woodworking inlet on the other side. The aeroduct hose is not large enough to fit over the 2 holes in the TTDA. Maybe the person before me may have changed them? Was wondering where I could get a hose that would fit over these so I do not have to make a new piece for the TTDA. Thanks

Wow never seen an intake like this. Put everything back together and seemed to work. Being that this design uses negative pressure and the spring loaded hoses it will work. Not the best design but this will work. Has anyone had problems with the hoses ever coming out?? Tried to pull em pretty good but seemed alright. Thanks for all the response!!
