Default Wheel issues SOLVED ........finally.....nothing like installing spacers in a parking garage

got the integrated DPE 5mm front and 10mm rear spacers on Friday night during TT-West. They are press fit in place of the hubcentric rings on the inside of the wheel. The spacers are machined to work as the hubcentric rings. Needless to say a bit of coaxing was necessary to press them in. No more vibration upfront and no rubbing in the rear - even with my car fully loaded with two people and more gear than you can imagine. So the moral of the story is.........

23mm front and 25mm rear for 8.5x19 fronts and 9.5x19 rears with KW V3's.

Sounds great! Any pics of the spacers, KW clearance, or of the the car's new stance?

Default Not yet - was in the middle of TT-West in a 90+ degree parking garage

so I didn't have time to take pics of the spacers. I have some pics of it with the spacers from the Crater Lake drive though - and i'll take pics of the KW clearance when I switch the setting on my rear bar.

Default you mean ET 23 front and ET25 rear, yes?

glad it worked out. sounds like the integrated spacers are the way to go. i had so many problems with H&R spacers 8mm and less. i eventually go ECS steel spacers (3mm) that are vibration-free). i think the H&R gets some warpage from the soft material when they are thin in size.

Default Yeah final offset was 23 front and 25 rear - with 5mm front spacers and 10mm rears

I don't think it had anything to do with the spacer material - but what happens - at least on mine is that the hub was too short to get the wheel fully on the hubcentric ring so I couldn't really center it well. The intergrated spacers were the ticket for sure.

Default that's the problem with thin spacers...not enough hub to get a grip on the wheel for

centering. i'm surprised that the ET25 is the right offset for the rear. i put a 5mm on my ET25...which means it is now ET20. maybe because of the way the alignment shop adjusted my Kmacs on top and Forge tie rods on the bottom. i would like to get rid of them entirely.
