Anyone ever try this with Power windows?

Heard about a guy who put one of those electric motors from those little R.C. cars as his window motor. Guess it went pretty quick. Also heard thats what they use in movies like fast and furious. (always wondered what made those windows so fast in the movies) lol. I think it'd be pretty cool to have something like that but would rather have directions haha. Any imput??

sounds like an 'urban myth' no way would that motor develop enuf torque to raise/lower the window.

It's not the RPM's, it's the power.

Yeah, I got an email from a guy that wanted to replace the haldex pump with an RC motor. He wanted me to market the upgrade for "only" $500..... Fat chance..

Jeeze...he made me agree to a non-disclosure agreement and everything. he had a fix for something that wasn't breaking....Only ever heard of 2 faiures. His and Evans from 42DD...Told him it was a boneheaded idea and never heard from him again..

Jeff has met him too. He was the one real close to buying my TT. Good guy in person but he has some interesting ideas and likes to think outside the box at times.
