Default Still playing with my Greddy RS DV, actually tried it reversed........

Still flutters, maybe even worse in the reverse position. Keep going back to the OEM, and honestly every time I switch back to the OEM, it feels and sounds soo good. Actually feels like it has faster boost. Trying to figure the flutter, some thoughts, right or wrong?
The flutter happens on throttle release, which means it should be pulling vac and opening the valve.
The flutter must mean the vac is not strong enough to do a quick pull on the diaphragm.
Could be, Greddy chamber is too large? Could be vac line is collapsing or not large enough or maybe too long? Remember it does work well with the OEM.
Any input is appreciated, I'm actually very happy with the OEM in the relo position, just bothers me I can't figure this out.
I may try the small spring only on the hardest setting,, just for fun.

Default I can't believe you have all these issues with the Greddy Rs...works great for me...

Default could be a leak in a vacumm line somewhere...hard to say, but i think that the Greddy

is more sensitive to little things like that. maybe someone can isolate what causes a flutter and also a honking on the DV...that will be helpful to diagnose your issues.

Default My honking is gone with the new diaphragm, just a slight flutter when coming off.....

boost. But the OEM still feels better, almost like the pedal is heavier and has more power with the OEM. The hose is a new silicone, spliced, larger end for the n249 and small for the Greddy side. All connections very tight. But I do have it pretty long right now.

Default My other thought is, with the flutter, it means the DV is not depressurizing......

completely, so that probably doesn't allow the turbo to come up quickly. That may be why my OEM feels so much better.
