Rattles and vibration after warm up.

My GF just picked up an 04 225 and it rattles as much as a mk2 VW! Some suspension piece under the front occasionally pops/rattles, the privacy is jumping/rattling shelf all the time, and after the car is warmed up, the whole car vibrates at 3000-3300 rpm, more so on decel but on accel as well. It seems to be coming from the rear, I'm thinking exhaust? Awesome car, but a bunch of funny annoyances that I need to rectify.

We had the same situation last year with the new to us ~45k mile TT

Turned out to mostly be coming from badly scalloped tires. Just something worth checking.
