Dodged a bullet tonight else I would have made the news >>>
The last couple of weeks my TT has been a tad unsteady while cranking up. Initially I thought it may be the battery, but that would not explain the mild unsteadyness while craking up ... so I pulled out the coilpacks today and the one on the drivers side was a PITA ... finally I pulled it out and this is what I see- its been burning up is mu guess.

Look at the very different design of the new coilpacks that supercede this one.

I would recommend all 3.2 owners who have never changed coilpacks or plugs to pull them out and examine them every so often. We all know what happens when a coilpack goes bad- yes, we make the news here and maybe on TV.
