TT shut off while driving today!!!

I was slowing to make a left, and had just downshifted from third to second. The first thing I noticed was that the music stopped. I looked at the cluster, and no RPM or speed were registered. I continued to brake, then started to turn. Nope, no power steering. The engine had completely shut off. I completed the turn, flicked the ignition off and then turned it on again. She started right up and kept going. I thought it was odd, but now that I'm really thinking about it, it could have ended very bad if I would have been on the freeway or in heavy traffic.

WTF is going on??

Oh, and a couple days ago, my hatch latch came loose and nearly fell off!

You should have the cruise control turn off on you while going down the road.

I have had that happen to me several times.

Huh? I was going down a 25mph street. CC wasn't on.

Same thing happened to me once...took it to my tuner...it was the ground wires>>

I think they were loose or came off.
He simply plugged them back and everything was fine.

I have to tell you...the shutting off while you're driving and traffic coming behind is rather unnerving.

Glad nothing bad happened!
