Would a bad coolant temp sensor also cause secondary air readyness to NOT set?

Default Would a bad coolant temp sensor also cause secondary air readyness to NOT set?
Secondary air has not set, and I recently got codes for engine coolant temp sensor signal too high or something like that. I have ordered another CTS. Should be here tomorrow. But when will secondary air readyness set?

It could...It's all triggered by temps..
