Coolant suggestions?

Hey guys. Just replaced timing belt, water pump (metal impeller), thermostat, and put new g12 50/50 in. New green top coolant temp sensor as well. Engine still heats up very fast and bar is between middle and H. Thinking it may be head gasket......Thanks

Verify the temp using the hvac controls, I think the coolant temp sensor shares a ground with another sensor. It could also be your instrument cluster that is the problem here.

Is there any foam in the oil? Did the old coolant look contaminated? One of these or both would happen with a head gasket leak.

You may have an air bubble...

How do I check it from the heater / a/c controls? Oil is fine now. Just bubbles up antifreeze out the coolant and gets hot really fast.

No white smoke or any smoke actually. Just burns a lot of antifreeze and leaks out all over. Bubbles all over in the coolant reservoir

Also like Steve said there may be air in the system.

Not leaking any coolant just a little oil here and there. Been driving it for about 100 miles now. Seems to get to about 106 and stay there for a while. I have a tcarbon FMIC on now so the radiator doesnt get as much air. sometimes it goes up to about 120 so i shut it off let it sit. drive it some more then goes down to about 99-100. thinking its letting bubbles out of the system but then the headgsket may be leting more in. I have a feeling i have a big project ahead of me.
