Will any 02m clutch work with a 180 quattro? Or can I use an 02j clutch?
I know the 180Q has the 02m transmission, but every clutch manufacturer answers this question differently.
For example:
The SACHS application guide says that their clutch for the 180Q is the same as the clutch for the FWD 5spd (and different form the one for the 225 6spd).
SPEC says that their clutch for the 180Q is the same as the one for the 225 6spd (and different from the one for the FWD 5spd).
Will they both work? Or am I restricted to one or the other? Or are they all wrong?

Found this through search, wanted to try and get some more info on this topic.
I have a 2000 TTQ drivetrain in my Golf, and want to know if I can fit a 228mm clutch in this transmission.
Centerforce Performance Clutch lists their 228mm clutch package for the TT Quattro 5-spd, with instruction that the 228mm Corrado G60 flywheel is required (which I already have). My friend is tech support with Centerforce, and he insists it will fit as well.
I just would like some confirmation whether it will fit or not, preferably from someone who has installed one before. Thanks in advance.
