Default ESP / Check Engine light came on momentarily while driving...
Hi guys and the occasional gal,

I am fairly new to my TT and still learning the ins and outs of what makes her tick. However, today, while driving, I took a turn pretty hard and chirped a wheel...and saw the esp light come on for a split second. Is this normal?

Default Was it the ESP light or engine light?
If it was ESP then that's normal behavior. When a wheel spins (or the sensors detect a spin, etc) the ESP system will cut in and the ESP light will flash.

You activated ESP.....Drive smoothly and you'll never see that light.

Ahhh, thanks. I had a feeling that was the case, but wanted to be sure. Maybe it's time for new tires.
