How the hell do you adjust these new forge DV/BOVs?

I can't really tell a difference.

I just don't think its right.

When I read the instructions it said to turn until it didn't vibrate, but it didn't vibrate, so I didn't turn it...

hah.

Any suggestions?

which forge DV/BOV are you talking about? the RS?
