Haldex Filter - dealer tells me there isn't one!?!?!

Haldex Filter - dealer tells me there isn't one!?!?!
Good day all,
So I go and pick up my car from the dealer this AM and review the work order. I had it in for a few things, all of which the dealer can not "hear/find" and I also requested they do a Haldex service. I drive my car very little but was noticing that I was getting a bit more front wheel spin that I recall ever getting so I decided to have the service done.
So I pay and notice how cheap it was. Work order showed they replaced the fluid but nothing about a filter. I ask and am told that there isn't a filter to be replaced. I almost fell over.
So, I've had my car serviced by this dealer since 25,000kms and it now has 95,000kms.
How screwed am I if they never changed the filter, ever?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I emailed the service manager and explained everything - Just got a voicemail asking me to call them.
