there is a guy here in Oregon that had one in my town for sale. he posts on here and the PNW forum

Default Scappoose. I don't know him but I have seen him around.
He just bought the car and doesn't need the rack. Put at wanted add on craigslist, he had it listed there for a while... If I see him I will flag him down and see if he still has it...
