Need some help, TT made a howling noise during my morning commute...>
I immediately thought it was my secondary air pump, but according to andrew.tt that would happpen right at start up. I started my car as normal, drove about 10 minutes and while sitting in traffic the howling began, I turned off the car hoping it wasn't mine, it was 
I drove another mile and the howling went away. Anyone ever experience this? btw, it was much louder than the aux fans.

How loud? Mine has been making a bit of a whistling sound
on vacuum only, since I changed out all the PCV stuff. Doesn't appear to have any negative effects and I haven't been able to track down the source yet. Mine actually continues for a few seconds AFTER the car is shut off.

I had this for a very long time. Changed to a greddy DV and it is gone.
If it is the DV then you may want to ask around about which one people like best. I like my Greddy but many here have had issues with them. I hope that stops it if you get a new one. Good luck
