boost/vacuum leak found, now what?

boost/vacuum leak found, now what?
this hose looks like its gonna be a pain in the **** to replace, does anyone know the size of this hose and if its in the universal starter kit from hose techniques?

the leak seems to be coming from the end where it looks like it tees into another hose(would be on the right side of picture from this view)

from what remember, it's really not that tough to replace
once you have that front bracket off (in front of the IM).
<edit> if you're talking about one of the small vacuum lines</edit> it might be 6mm hose, but don't quote me on that...

Hard to see what's going on there, where does it attach to?
When I did all of the small diameter vacuum lines on my car I used zipties instead of hose clamps for most of the connections on the bottom of the intake manifold.
