Still have clicking front brakes...

Any thoughts? It's annoying the heck out of me. It appears that something must be out of whack (on both sides) as without applying the brakes they are rubbing the grooves on my slotted rotors and making a very loud clicking sound.

I hope to pull the pads back out again this weekend and throw some brake quiet on the back of them, but that doesn't seem like it would do anything. While I have them out, any other things I should look for?

I double checked the rears, it's definitely not them.

I still can't figure out how when I first installed these a month or so ago, it went weeks without any noise, and now it's very loud. I tried a bunch of hard braking sessions, no luck.

Check the caliper pins...>>

Since the calipers use one piston they ride on two close tolerance pins to center themselves as the brake are applied. Make sure there's no wobble of the caliper assembly..

from Tyrolsport replaces all the wear parts...RoberTT installed these on his car..

Ahhh, that is what that kit is for! I had always thought those were brake fluid related.

I should have read some more. Rats, I would have done that mod otherwise the first time around. Although I do not have snap ring pliars or anything that might be similar. Wish I knew someone with lots of tools.

I should pick that up, before I bother removing the calipers again for no reason.
