EuroSpec 2.2 vs old 1.8
Just thought I'd share a pic of the new vs old. With all that extra bracing I guess it'll be a little heavier; however, I think the extra bracing is a cool thing considering the extra HP we'll have running through this thing. Mine is the long block with the extra deck cooling option and the girdle

About six months ago I tired something, and unfotunately had a defective part

I wasn't aware they had a bad rep...
If you look at their list of dealers, quite a decent aftermarket guys use them. Do you have any links to any of the horror stories. Too late for me, but I'd like to read them. I didn't go with their cams, I am using shrick instead, also I'm not getting their crap stock grind / cast stuff, all of mine is their top of the line forged items.
