What tires are you guys running these days? I need some suggestions. (Price a slight factor.)

at times half the price of PS2's and F1's, hard to justify more than the Kumho MX from Tire Rack.
Yeah, it depends on your driving style, climate, etc., and of course you wouldn't drive any of these tires in the snow. I've had expensive tires like the others in the past, and been no more impressed than with the MX's. Leaves some mod money left over!
I've had them on the track as well, where they do well, and whether it's the track or a "road hazard" on the street, you just don't feel as bad if you trash a tire when they don't cost so much, and Tire Rack will shave a replacement tire down to your specified tread depth to match your other 3 tires and keep your haldex or quattro happy.

Not too many of us running the SPT's - I have them and really like them - nice and quite and seem to stick well - have 10,000Km on them so far and there is very little wear even with......ummmm.... somewhat spirited driving

I love my BFG gforce sports at about $100 per corner
long lasting, quiet the whole time, handle great. no reason to drop two bills on tires that may stick a little more at the track but get fewer miles and are noisy as hell...
