Rear sway, winter tires, snow?

So I live in New England. Right outside Boston to be exact. Our winters vary, but sometimes we do get some pretty light and moderate snow.
My other car is a FWD Scion tC with front strut tie bar and rear sway. It feels glued to the road - I love it. However, the stock TT needs more of that.
I have a separate set of snow tires for the TT. In light to moderate snow/slush, how does the TT perform with just snow tires? How about with just a rear sway? Rear and front sway? I don't plan on driving her to work in heavy snowfall if I can avoid it...but there will be times I'm at work and it'll snow despite the forecast.
I am trying to determine if installing a rear sway without front is going to bite me in the *** this winter. I have time for the rear sway but might not be able to get the front on before it gets too cold (I don't have a garage).
I looked through the forum for similar topics but nothing caught my eye. My search might be lacking.
Thoughts/opinions?
Thanks in advance
snow tires will be plenty if you have a quattro...and should give you a HUGE amount of traction in the snow....
is that to mean stock with snow tires, rear sway with snow tires or more..
not being an ***, just looking for da facts and Thank you!!
