Please help, son need a 20years present, reliable shopping?
No, Im not money independent, he will add some savements himself, but he wanna to have a systemcamera (so he can take pics of my car!!).
This link seems to give most for the money!

Shall I find another (more expensive) shop or is it no problem, just give them a call,,

My advice:
don't get the d40x. waste of money for a jump in megapixels that you will never notice, and that is wasted for the sensor size.
Get the original D40 instead, with a kit lens for under $500.
I got mine from Costco.com, who has it right now with a 2GB card and the great 18-55mm lens for 499.99 USD

I don't know that site, but if its like the rest of the discount camera sites it's basically a scam. Despite what they advertise you would not get that package at that price

Try some of the reliable discounters that are a known entity and have a track record. I just ordered a Canon from these guys.
