Alright guys, I'm referring to "heatsoaking" in a process where seafoam, or some other type of cleaner, is directly injected into the fuel system. I used to do it on my bimmer. It would dissolve carbon deposits and clean up the system real nice. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

That's not heatsoaking, but done all the time...
Seafoam is supposed to be pretty good at clearing out combustion deposits. just follow the directions.
Heatsoaking is a fairly substantial power loss due to overheating the intake air and IC system..
