PSA: you might drop the thermostat housing bolt while doing the replacement
and local places might not have it in stock, so it might be worth getting and extra one before doing the job if you're a klutz like me :-(
I dropped one of them while Al (invncble) and I were replacing my thermostat. it's not in the belly pan and can't be located with a magnetic pick-up tool, so it's officially "lost." the car will be out of commission till I can get a new bolt :-(
