Sorry for all the questions but new car with concerns and heres another ->
When I crank the car it starts like normal then dies in about 2 secs then I crank it right back up and everything is fine, what would cause this? Thanks

Every time or just when engine is cold?
Every time could be immobilizer related (but those problems usually don't allow restart .
Only with cold engine would lead bact to the temp sensor we talked about. If I were you I would get a green one and put it in. Mine finally caused an error code before I changed it, but it caused funny idle and some engine going dead before that happened.

there is sometimes not enough fuel pressure on cold start up...
This can be caused by...
1- dirty fuel filter
2- not enough gas in the tank to fully pressurize the fuel rail
3- potentially an early sign of a fuel pump issue...(although this is less likely)
Also note that number 2 on this list is more than likely what most experience here. As msuave noted, wait for the OK light to come on in the dash, then start.
