Odd Device

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/95167/p2100001.jpg"></center><p>Found this laying in the gap between the A pillar and the dashboard. I looked around and can't seem to figure out where it is supposed to go.

Can anyone tell me what it is and where it goes?

It's not an OEM piece in that location..

definitly some type of led. judging by the black ring around it looks like its the one off the door? maybe prior owner re-located them?

I think I agree with you gents. The part looks quite generic. I compared it to the door LED for the alarm and they are very different.

Time to go hunting. Yeah!!
