Hey guys neither of my remote keys have worked for months, help please?
I have two key fobs, one valet key, and one small plastic "wallet key". Attached to the Valet & wallet key ring is a long plastic holder with two codes in it.
I'm guessing I can goto the dealership and Audi can use these codes to re-code my keys?? Anyone know if this is a yes, or if they charge for this service? What is it like $500 a key? YAY Audi pricing, at least it's not a Porsche...
I have tried the process as I said, with fresh batteries in both keys. Any other ideas?
BTW: I reprogramed my Alarm settings according to WakTT's codes. I have changed them back to stock and this didn't make a difference... But I don't think it is this because I have used Wak's codes successfully for over 2 years now. I dropped one key-fob one night and since it hasn't worked...?
THANKS!

Wanted to do them in Niteshades or window tint spray by VHT but ran out. I had a friend do that once and they came out high gloss. Looked good on his blue car...
Also it might be 12 degrees out but I recoded my radio back to Bose settings and god it sounds better. Also been messing with that key problem and no luck. Thats the 5:45am report, check in later for the 6:00 news!
Now remove rear rings and paint? Leave as is? Replace with a custom metal ring set from a machine shop that are brushed aluminum (match inside of car), or use the script "turbo" badge I have been hoarding since my first ever order to TT stuff over 2 years ago???
