How accurate is KBB vs Edmunds

I'm ready to pull out some cash for a TT I found but the seller and I have differences in opinion about price. What I'd like to know is why do values between KBB and Edmunds vary so much? Which is the more accurate one the one that reflects best the current private market value? Thanks for you input.

depending on where you are....their pricing can be low>>>

there is a pretty good glut of nice cars.....

I have found Edmunds to be better for your common car...

but every ride that i have had that i managed to sell in under 2 weeks went for over high KBB. So in a nutshell when you unload the minivan good luck getting Edmund's lower price but if your car is in high demand the KBB price seems to be better gage.
