Default WOW. the handling on this car...

is pretty damn amazing now.

got the alignment done on my lunch break. the Toe was waaaay off. 2.5 on one side, and 1.5 on the other.....and that was causing chaos. After the alignment, i rolled around a corner, and i had a smile so big that people must have thought i was cuckoo. thanks again to you guys for your advice...

the car feels like it's on rails.

my setup:
Koni Sport Shocks (40%rear, 50%front)
Neuspeed Sport Springs (1.25 inch drop)
KMAC Full Kit
Defcon 2
Neuspeed Rear Sway Bar (19mm)

the Neuspeed Springs and Koni Sports feel SUPERB! not harsh at all, very firm, yet very very driveable. the car feels super planted. NYC roads are really crappy, but i felt very comfortable driving around today....and the surefootedness of the suspension exceeded my expectations...can't wait to get in the car tomorrow morning again!

the Defcons are AMAZING. the steering feels razor sharp compared to before. I really think Mike has done a fantastic job on these...they're really well made...a bit of a pain to actually get INTO the control arm, but hey that's why i paid to get em installed! if you don't have the Defcons yet...get them, you will be hugely glad you did.

if it feels like it's on rails, you're not driving fast enough ;-)

Default And if your driving fast enough to really tell how it handles --------->

I hope you are on a track somewhere. :-)

But it does feel good when the handling is right. Even on the public roads.

Default My setup is pretty much the same, except my rears are full firm and I have H&R springs.

And I love the way mine handles. The difference in turn-in is especially nice.

Default i totally agree...i think the defcons are credited with most of that

the turning in feels dramatically different. it feels so controlled and direct now. i always hated that 'indirect' floaty feeling the steering would sometimes get on our cars.....but i didn't feel it today on any turn on any road.

i wish i could do fully firm set up in the rear....but i just can't...not on these roads....my wife would kill me
