Michelin arctic alpin tires???

anyone have any experiance with these tires?? are they any good?

AWESOME tires....not cheap, but awesome.....>>>

got 6 winters between the artic alpine and the winter sports......Michelin nailed it with these...IMO

Excellent tires! I bought mine in 2001 and this is the last winter with them. And the first winter that I got stuck (slid off and high-centered).

I will buy them again.

Yup, great winter tires. Grippy in ice, good in snow, not too bad in dry cold weather.

Awful, based on my experience . . .

Little better than all-season tires. Poor traction, ABS activated continuously. Replaced them with Dunlop 3-Ds this season. World of difference. Wouldn't recommend the Pilot Alpins at all.

Nope, just winter . . .

Interesting to see different levels of experience with this tire. Maybe I had a bad set. Actually made my quattro feel like a front-driver!

wow....i am suprised.....i had them on >>>

the TT....an A6 avant....and when i sold the sports to someone else with a Mark 5 Gti.....he fell in love with them......

Oh well...to each his/her own! ;-)
