So I took my wiper arms to look at the damage...
The wiper arm AND the cone that connects it to the motor are completely stripped. Does anyone have part numbers? Does anyone know what the set up is like under all the plastic covers and if it's a simple job before I go to Audi and get parts. Thanks in advanced!

The arms are a softer metal...
probably a zinc alloy. The shafts are steel. I doubt the shafts are "stripped," it's probably metal from the arms filling the scoring on the shafts - that happens when an arm comes loose. Take something sharp and pointy (a dental pick works great), and see if you can clean the shafts.
