BMW sold turbo-diesels to Ford in the '80s

It's an incestous world we live in. Daimler Chrysler supplied the original Rover Mini engines to BMW, now replaced by Puegot I think.

And what's this about transmissions? BMW doesn't make their own, they out-source them from Getrag, ZF, and GM. Maybe they can work out a trade on the transmissions.
