Pneumatic turbocharger??
I've spent about a month and half machining the first working prototypes for the inventor. What I do know is they turn over 40,000 rpms with zero heat added to the engine compartment! That's right "ZERO!" None,, ZIP!
Boost??? I'm not really sure exactly how much boost will be produced, he's still keeping that kind of secret but I hope to hear that's its something worthy after all the bench testing is complete. In the mean time here is a couple of pictures of my work. Hope you like..

Or, if it's just a turbo that relies on a shot of compressed air from a tank to spin it, meh, impractical.

I suppose a jet engine compressor concept is possible but the load on an internal combustion engine would likey be hard pressed to break even from a net power standpoint,
