has anyone gotten aftermarket pedals? Trying to replace...
bear with me! clutch pedal cover is really worn (slipping when my shoes are wet), so I don't know whether to get an aftermarket set or not.
VagParts (I think) sells OEM ones separately for $20 each, but I haven't heard any reviews on that site?
How is the fitment/grip of the universal ones like a set of Momo Match or R3000?
Prices range A LOT, TMTuning sells RSD pedals for $16/set, whereas some other brands are up to $80/set. Is there a huge quality difference, or is it mostly just the name?
Lastly, install can't be hard, right?

When I worked briefly for someone else I use to make these.
The grip is unsurpassed wet or dry and their really easy to swap out. For the most part its only two screws on each. This place carries them for the A&S4's and I don't think there is any diff. to the TT Mk1's but you might want to call them first.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ultimatepedals.com/">Aftermarket stuff</a></li></ul>

Two answers; yepe & their all similar! lol!
The ones I made were for a BMW race team out here in the west. They started branching out into all the Germany makers but they have a more aggressive surface I mean really rough. When I was making them I didn't like em to much, there kinda ugly but they grow on me once the little rubber pads got pressed in.

Everybody has their own taste but what I found out about picking really effective pedals>
The trick is in the channels! Look for deep 45 degree angle walls in the channels. They are usually left un-deburred because the roll over out of the channels onto the top surface only adds more grip to the bottom of you're shoes. Then we would lightly bead blast just for a uniform finish. In this link is a good close up of a rough grip surface.
