so if two of your four wheels were locked on the hub...

how would you get them off after giving them a good swift kick?

...tried soaking with some pb blaster, but I just don't think it gets in there deep enough past the crack

if you are talking about rusted on, just lower the jack a bit, they'll pop off.

And if that doesn't work put the bolts in loose and roll the car

to complete comments from below, spray with pb blaster or like, loosen bolts, slow roll and "brake"

Loosen bolts a bit and drive the car a bit and hit the brakes a bit

yep, and careful about getting the PB blaster on rotors/pads. may need a little brake cleaner.
